Detection of the coliform bacterium
Test for bacterial lactose resolution
(Put 20.0g of this product and mix with 1000 ml of purified water )
Meat extracts （BOVINE）：5.0g
Please store at room temperature in a dark place with sealing hermetically.
[How to use]
1. Add 20.0 g of Lactose Broth to 1000 ml of purified water and mix enough.
2. After heating dissolution, aliquot the solution to the each test tube by 10 ml which was put fermentation tube or Durham pipe in.
3. Sterilize at high pressure steamof 121 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Use it after quenching.
4. Use it for the inspection of food and an underwater coliform bacterium.
Don't use if air bubbles are left to fermentation tube or the Durham pipe after sterilization.
