USE & FEATURE

Effective in immunohistochemical staining of the embryological stage of tooth development. Specific stain for enamel matrix and ameloblast cytoplasm. Antiserum produced by inducing immune response in rabbits to bovine amelogenin. Cross-reaction in rats and mice confirmed. Can be used with PAP or ABC immunostaining method at dilutions of 100-500 times.

Method:Sections prepared from 10% neutral buffered formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissuewere stained by the PAP method using Anti-Amelogenin Rabbit Serum diluted 100 timesat 4 for 18 hours reaction time.
