PURESYSTEM Duo is an introductory in vitro translation kit which contains both PURESYSTEM classic II and PURESYSTEM S-S reagents.

PURESYSTEM S-S is designed to enable formation of disulfide bond(s) of protein on synthesis.

This kit may also be useful for some proteins which the information about disulfide bonds is not well known.
