Background
PURESYSTEM advance is designed for the expert users. The efficiency of protein synthesis is more than twice as much as that of classic II.
PURESYSTEM advance is the most recommended to users who are familiar with PURESYSTEM and need more yield.
(*) The efficiency of synthesis is about 100-200 mg/ml in classic II and 200−400 mg/ml in advance for
some protein, but may vary in each.
Synthesized amounts increase in most proteins
Proteins synthesized with classic II and advance. We compared the efficiency of synthesis by the fluorescence labeling method. Each synthesized protein by fluorescence labeling(green in the left picture) demonstrates that PURESYSTEM advance has better performance than that of classic II.
Doubled efficiency of synthesis at average
When a yield of classic II was set as 100%, the most improved efficiency was 258% for MAP kinase and the average was 185% for seven proteins.
