14,15-DHET 測定ELISAキットは、高血圧に関連する物質であるDHETを定量するためのキットです。

14,15-DHET 測定ELISAキット

背景

14,15-DHETは、シトクロムP450 (CYPs) 2Cおよび2Jのアラキドン酸エポキシゲナーゼ活性によって生成されたEETが可溶性エポキシド加水分解酵素 (sEH) により触媒された代謝産物です。

本キットはHRPシステムを使った競合ELISAキットで、生物学的サンプル (組織、血漿、尿) および細胞培養培地中の 14,15-DHETレベルを決定します。本キットにより、高血圧や脳損傷、脳卒中と 14, 15-DHETレベルに、また癌細胞の転移表現型、インスリン抵抗性と EETレベルに強い正相関が確認されています。
現在、次世代の高血圧治療薬の開発がいくつかの研究所で行われています。

各キットの96wellプレートは、最大24サンプルをtriplicateで測定することができます。

両ELISAキットの構成品は全く同じで、違いはサンプルの調整方法です。14,15-EET/DHET HypertensionELISAキットのプロトコールには、EETを測定するためのサンプル調製方法が掲載されています。
