Atlas Antibody社では、各抗体について、48種類の正常ヒト組織（図1、表1）及び20種類の一般的な癌において、免疫組織化学（IHC）を用いて評価しており、これらの発現プロファイルは、オンライン（Human Protein Atlas (HPA) portal (proteinatlas.org)）で検索することが可能です。

毎年新しいタンパク質の発現プロファイルや局在性データが約2,000ずつ更新されています。2013年の4月時点で、Atlas社の抗体は、13,000種類以上のヒト遺伝子のタンパク質発現分析に利用されています（プロテオームの65％に対応）。2015年末までに、20,000種類のタンパク質をコードする、ヒト遺伝子の完全なプロテオームの局在性のドラフトが利用できるようになる予定です。全ての抗体は、IHCに加えて、免疫蛍光法（IF）やウェスタンブロット（WB）アプリケーションにおけるパフォーマンスも試験されています。IHC、IF、WBをトータルして、1つの抗体につき700以上の画像がweb上に存在しています。

多数の参照文献が示すように、Atlas社の抗体は、ヒトの身体全体を研究するのに使用されています（表2）。
