背景

CD34陽性幹細胞/前駆細胞

CD34陽性幹細胞は、多能性（multipotent）を示し、血液中の様々な細胞種になり得ます。CD34陽性細胞は、骨髄および臍帯血に見られる造血前駆細胞で発現していることがよく知られています。CD34陽性幹細胞の割合は骨髄単核細胞集団ではわずか1.5％程ですが、すべてのリンパ造血細胞系に関与しており、リンパ造血細胞系の再構築に重要な働きをもつことが示されています。
