背景

TLR（Toll-Like Receptor）4は、グラム陰性細菌のリポ多糖類（LPS）に機能するレセプターで、TLR4のLPS誘導性活性に不可欠なMD-2と結合し、機能します。 MD-2は、モノマーやマルチマーで存在しています。
