MART-1(別名Melan A)はメラノサイトの分化抗原です1-2。MART-1は正常皮膚のメラノサイト、網膜、母斑、およびほとんどのメラノーマに存在する膜貫通型タンパク質です。MART-1は転移性メラノーマを特定するための優れたマーカーです3-11。
