TBS Blotto A は、5%のスキムミルクと0.05%のTween-20で構成されており、一般的なウエスタンブロッティングにご利用いただけます。TBS Blotto Bは、1%のスキムミルクと1%免疫分析グレードのBSAおよび0.05%のTween-20で構成されており、抗ホスホチロシン抗体を使用したウエスタンブロッティングにご利用いただけます。

各バッファーは凍結乾燥品で、Tween-20は別バイアルの液体品としてお届けします。純水に溶解してご使用ください。
