ヒトアルブミンを検出するELISAキット Human Albumin ELISAキット

本ELISAキットは、血清、血漿、脳脊髄液、ミルク、尿中のヒトアルブミンを検出します。本キットは最大40サンプルの検出が可能です。

背景

アルブミンは血漿に最も多く含まれるヒトタンパク質で、ヒト血漿タンパク質の60%を占めています。アルブミンは、肝臓で精製され、水溶性の低い分子担体としての役割を果たします。また、アルブミンは血液成分のコロイド浸透圧をモニタリングすることで血液量の制御に重要な役割を果たしています。通常のヒト血清のアルブミン濃度は25 mg/ml から 50 mg/mlです。
低アルブミン血症は、肝疾患、腎疾患、熱傷、栄養不良、妊娠後期、遺伝的変異、悪性腫瘍などが原因といわれております。またアルブミンの高濃度は、ほとんどの場合脱水によって引き起こされます。したがって、血清や血漿中のアルブミンの正確な定量は、治療法の有効性をモニターするためだけでなく、医学的診断のためにも重要です。
