Survivin ELISA キットは、ヒトのサバイビンを、比色法により定量的に測定できる ELISA キットです。

背景

Survivin （サバイビン）とは、これまでに同定されているアポトーシス阻害剤（IAP）のなかで最も小さな 6.5 kDa のタンパク質です。アポトーシスと細胞分裂の阻害に関与しています。細胞周期の G2/M 期を調節し、カスパーゼ-3 およびカスパーゼ-7 を阻害します。

胚組織で高度に発現している一方、正常組織ではほとんど検出されないことが報告されています。サバイビンは、様々ながん細胞で発現しており、腫瘍の進行との関連性が認められています。
