TNF-α ELISA キットは、ヒト・マウス・ラットの TNF-α を比色法により定量的に測定できる ELISA キットです。
背景
TNF‐α（Tumor Necrosis Factor-α：腫瘍壊死因子-α）とは、17.5kDaの157個のアミノ酸からなる、様々な腫瘍細胞および標的細胞に対して細胞毒性作用を持つサイトカインです。TNF-αは関節リウマチ患者の滑液から検出されていることから、炎症誘発性を示すことが示唆されています。TNF‐αは免疫調節の主要なメディエーターとして知られています。TNF-αの生合成は厳密に制御されており、その分泌量は休止期の細胞では少なく、活性化細胞では多くなります。
