BioGel様式┃細胞遊走アッセイ

細胞遊走BioGelアッセイは、細胞培養プレート上に細胞の無い検出領域を作り出すためにウェル中央が無毒の生体適合性ゲル（BioGel）によって覆われています。細胞をプレートへ播種した後、BioGelが溶解され、ウェルの中央に細胞が遊走します。

ストッパー様式┃細胞遊走アッセイ

細胞遊走アッセイ（ストッパー様式）では、検出領域を作るために、シリコンストッパーを用いてウェル外側に細胞播種を制限します。ストッパー除去によりと各ウェルの中央にある直径2mmの検出領域が露出し、そこへ細胞が遊走していきます。
