IL-6 ELISA キットは、マウスのインターロイキン-6 を比色法により定量的に測定できる ELISA キットです。
背景
インターロイキン-6（Interleukin-6：IL-6）とは、免疫および造血システムの調節に極めて重要な役割を果たすサイトカインです。ヒトIL-6は、T細胞、肥満細胞、単球、マクロファージ、線維芽細胞、内皮細胞、ケラチン生成細胞、腫瘍細胞で産生されます。B細胞の分化を刺激し抗体産生を促したり、活性化T細胞の増殖、造血細胞の産生、急性期タンパク質の発現誘導などの作用が知られています。
