プローブの種類脂溶性蛍光色素特長・非共有結合・固定細胞にも使用可能・PFA固定に対応・24時間以内のライブセルイメージング・無毒性	留意点・色素が細胞内に取り込まれる・染色が不均一になる場合あり・MeOH固定と相性が悪い	留意点・固定後の染色は不可・染色後の固定は不可	プローブの種類疎水性基を持つ色素特長・細胞表面に数日間保持される・非常に均一な染色・長期間のライブセルイメージングに適している・無毒性
