背景

システイニルロイコトリエン（Cysteinyl leukotriene：LTC₄、LTD₄、LTE₄）とは、５-リポキシゲナーゼ経路を介してアラキドン酸から生成される、システイン残基を持つロイコトリエンです。炎症性の脂質メディエーターとして知られており、平滑筋の収縮や毛細血管の透過性亢進作用を持つことが報告されています。
