背景

近年、抗体医薬品等のバイオロジクスと高分子医薬品の後発品であるバイオシミラー開発が活発に行われています。バイオ医薬品は製造工程の複雑さや不安定性から、活性評価を含めたQCが重要視されています。そのため、簡便かつ再現良く抗体医薬品を評価可能なアッセイ系はバイオ医薬品研究に有用です。

Eurofins DiscoverXではセルベースのバイオ医薬品評価系を提供しています。Bioassay Kitは、厳密なQCのもとで提供され、再現性が非常に高く、バイオ医薬品のロットチェックに最適なセルベースのアッセイキットです。シンプルなプロトコルで、迅速な結果の取得が可能です。

細胞を播種後、サンプルと検出試薬を添加し、プレートリーダーで読み取るだけのシンプルなプロトコルで、最短2日でアッセイが完了します。
培養細胞を使用したアッセイに比べ、簡便かつ短時間でサンプルを評価可能です。

高い再現性

中和抗体検出のためのアッセイ原理(左図)と、その検出データ(右図)。
① VEGF-A依存的にVEGFRが二量体化され、発光シグナルが検出された。
② ①にBevacizumab (抗VEGF抗体) を加えると、VEGF-A依存的なVEGFRの二量体化が抑制された。
③ ②に抗Bevacizumab抗体を加えると、BevacizumabによるVEGFRの二量体化の抑制が解除され、抗Bevacizumab抗体の濃度依存的に発光が検出された。
