1X10^6 mouse splenocytes were intracellularly stained with 1 ug Anti-Mouse Foxp3 (65089-1-Ig, Clone: 3G3) and FITC anti-Mouse IgG1 Antibody at dilution 1:50 (green), or stained with 1 ug mouse IgG1 isotype control and FITC anti-Mouse IgG1 Antibody at dilution 1:50 (black). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set.
