背景

ACTA2/smooth muscle actinとは?

ACTA2（別名：α-smooth muscle actin、α-SMA）は、アクチンファミリーに属します。アクチンは、様々な細胞運動性に関与する高度に保存されたタンパク質であり、全ての真核細胞で広く発現します。ACTA2は主に血管平滑筋で発現され、抗ACTA2抗体は平滑筋細胞マーカーとして一般的に用いられます。本抗体（品番：23081-1-AP）は、ACTA2特異的であり、血管平滑筋を選択的に染色する一方で、心筋および骨格筋は染色しません。
