プロテインテックのフローサイトメトリー用抗体は、FITC、PE、APC、およびプロテインテック独自の色素であるCoraLite®（コーラライト）を含む様々なフルオロフォアに結合しています。各種CoraLite®（コーラライト）色素は、一般的に広く用いられているAlexa Fluor®蛍光色素と同等の明るさを持ち、長期的な蛍光を提供します。CoraLite®（コーラライト）色素は、重複する蛍光スペクトルが最小限であるため、他の一般的な色素と容易に多重化できます。

プロテインテックの蛍光スペクトルビューアーは、Fluorofinder 外部リンクのプラットフォームを搭載しており、フローサイトメトリー実験のデザインに便利です。

1X10^6 human peripheral blood lymphocytes were surface stained with 1 ug Anti-Human CD4 (65143-1-Ig, Clone:RPA-T4) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (green), or stained with 1 ug isotype control antibody and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (black). 0.1 mL human whole blood cells were surface stained with 1 ug APC-anti-human CD3 (APC-65151, clone UCHT1) and 1 ug FITC-anti-human CD4 (FITC-65143, clone RPA-T4). Samples were then treated with red blood cell lysis buffer and were gated for lymphocytes for analysis of CD3 and CD4 staining. Samples were not fixed.
