背景

■ 中和抗体とは?

中和抗体とは、中和試験（Neutralization test）に適用可能な抗体であり、サイトカイン・増殖因子研究やウイルス学研究において広く利用されます。細胞培養系に添加することで、標的タンパク質の生物学的活性を特異的に阻害・中和（inhibition/blocking、neutralising）します。

■ NeutraKine®（ニュートラカイン）とは?

NeutraKine® 中和抗体は、ヒト細胞発現サイトカイン・増殖因子『HumanKine®』を免疫原（抗原）として作製された中和作用活性を有するマウスモノクローナル抗体です。実際のヒトタンパク質に対して作製されているため、優れた中和活性と生物学活性をもたらします。サイトカインや増殖因子をターゲットとする研究に最適です。
